It consists of Case Support and Business case support involves individualised targeted support for participants to become job ready with programs offered including English for Work Employment Hubs Mentoring and Information Sessions. This program aims to improve the wellbeing of asylum seekers refugees and new arrived migrants. Having good social connections is essential for all aspects of health especially as we Red Cross Aged & Community Care programs support older and vulnerable Australians by improving their social connection and wellbeing through a variety of different opportunityThis volunteer role will support clients from a culturally and linguistically diverse background who are facing barriers towards employment due to low levels of role will require working as part of a team as well as one on one with clients who have been made vulnerable as a result of migration. The aim of the role to help clients learn English skills in order to gain Cross will ensure you have training ongoing support and access to other opportunities within the worlds largest humanitarian network.
