Managing Pain Employment Services (MPES) is Inclusive Employment Australias only specialist provider focused on chronic and persistent pain.

We deliver an innovative service model that integrates health and employment support to help people living with persistent pain reconnect with meaningful work and improve their quality of life.

MPES is a growing organisation with offices across the Gold Coast Tweed Heads Logan South Brisbane and Ipswich.

Your Impact

As an Employment Consultant youll support people with persistent pain and other barriers to employment to build confidence develop employability skills and secure sustainable work. Youll deliver person-centred guidance collaborate with employers and health professionals and play a direct role in improving the wellbeing and long-term outcomes of participants.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver tailored employment support that meets the unique needs of each client
  • Conduct assessments develop action plans and track progress toward employment goals
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employers community networks and stakeholders
  • Provide coaching mentoring and motivation to help clients overcome barriers
  • Maintain accurate records case notes and reporting to meet compliance requirements
What You Bring
  • Experience in employment services vocational rehabilitation recruitment or health services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse clients
  • Coaching and motivational skills with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Capacity to manage caseloads and achieve performance targets
  • Adaptability resilience and a collaborative approach
  • Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
  • National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain)
