Electrician – Field Service (Pumps)

About the Role
Were looking for an Electrician to join a field service crew working on pump-related electrical installation and repair across Central Coast water treatment sites. This is physical hands-on field work we want tradespeople who dont mind rolling their sleeves up and getting through the job. Its a genuine pathway to permanent employment with the client.
What Youll Be Doing
- Installation and repair of water treatment plant machinery including pumps motors switchgear and mechanical handling equipment (e.g. valves actuators dosing systems)
- Installation inspection and testing of water treatment and process control systems
- Assisting with fault identification troubleshooting & condition reporting
- Testing and calibration of sensors and associated equipment
- Adhering to company safety policies and procedures including JSEAs permits to work isolations and risk analysis
- Interpreting engineering drawings and writing service reports
- Providing clear job notes and photographs of work completed
- Working as part of a 3-man field service crew on service & repair jobs
How to Apply
Required Skills:
Trade-qualified Electrician (Electrical Trade Certificate) Holds a White Card Confined Spaces ticket (or willing to obtain) Working at Heights ticket (or willing to obtain) At least 1 year post-trade experience working in the pump industry or some exposure to pumps Experience working on water treatment jobs highly regarded MR licence highly regarded On-the-job training provided for candidates with lighter pump experience
