Synergie Australia a leading manufacturer and service provider in the mining and heavy industrial sector is seeking reliable and hardworking Cable testerto join our Braemar NSW warehouse team. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented physically fit and committed to accuracy and knowledge in the electrical field.

About the Role

4 months project role looking for a switched on electrical technicanthat isable to build and test electrical cable. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong electrical aptitude and a commitment to precision workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble electrical cables harnesses and associated components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
• crimp solder and connect cables to specification.
• Perform electrical testing continuity checks insulation resistance testing and fault finding.
• Follow workplace health safety and quality procedures at all times.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.

Skills & Experience

• Knowledge in the Electrical field making or testing Cables
• Experience in cable assembly electrical manufacturing or industrial electrical work.(Advantagious)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.(Advantagious)
• Experience using electrical test equipment such as multimeters insulation testers and continuity testers.(Advantagious)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Current drivers licence (preferred).
