CrewSELECT is partnering with a well-established electrical contractor to recruit an experienced Commercial Electrical Supervisor for the Hale School Redevelopment Project in Wembley Downs.

This is a contract position through to January 2027 with the potential to extend or transition directly onto another major commercial project upon completion.

About the Project

Working on the construction and extension of buildings at Hale School you will oversee electrical works from inground services through to final fit-off ensuring projects are delivered safely efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate commercial electrical teams onsite
• Manage daily work activities and allocate tasks
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within quality standards
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with site management subcontractors and other trades
• Maintain high safety standards and ensure compliance with site procedures
• Conduct toolbox talks and oversee safe work practices
• Support project delivery from inground installations through to commissioning and final fit-off

About You

To be successful you will have:

• Current WA Electrical Licence
• Current LVR/CPR
• Current Drivers Licence
• Proven experience supervising commercial electrical construction projects
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices
• Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and safety standards
