Youll lead a large high performing team and support innovative large-scale projects while mentoring the next generation of Industrial EI&C professionals. Major resources and energy long term programs will form part of your portfolio. In addition to your commercial and business acumen you will play a critical role in strengthening client relationships expanding industry networks and enhancing the companys reputation. What Youll Bring to the Table

As a proven leader with a passion for advancing infrastructure were looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic collaborative environment. To be successful in this role youll bring:

• Min. 15 years of experience in engineering with a proven track record in industrial/resources industry projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing growing team.
• A forward-thinking approach with a passion for sustainable innovative engineering solutions.
• A deep understanding of the resources and energy sector along with the ability to influence and shape the technical direction of projects.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
