We are looking for passionate and confident Brand Ambassadors to support the launch of Advocate Ultra Chew in Petbarn stores across Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent a leading animal health brand engaging directly with pet owners to educate influence and drive sales. This role will be covering Pet Barn locations Penrith Coreen Avenue Penrith Mulgoa & Blacktown.

About the Role

Working in high-traffic Petbarn stores you will:

• Proactively engage with customers and start conversations about their pets health
• Educate pet owners on parasite protection and key product benefits
• Demonstrate products and confidently recommend the right solution
• Drive sales through customer engagement and product knowledge
• Build strong relationships with store staff to support ongoing advocacy

This is a weekend-based role (Sat & Sun) in a fast-paced retail environment.

About You

• Confident outgoing and comfortable approaching customers
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passionate about animals and their wellbeing
• Experience in retail sales or brand ambassador roles (preferred)
• Background or interest in animal health vet nursing or pet retail (highly regarded)
• Able to work independently and take initiative in-store
