Deliver engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
Support childrens development across social emotional and cognitive areas
Build strong professional relationships with families and colleagues
Maintain a safe inclusive and high-quality learning environment
Work collaboratively with Lead Educators and the wider team
Support daily routines and contribute to a positive centre culture
WhatYoullBring
Certificate III & Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Previous experience in a long day care or early learning setting
Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Current Working with Children Check
Valid First Aid CPR Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications
Current National Police Check (within 6 months)
Full Australian working rights
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
