We are seeking Expressions of Interest from an experienced and passionate leader to join Early Years as our Early Childhood Approach Operations Manager.

This is an exciting full-time leadership opportunity for an individual who is committed to delivering high-quality Early Years and Disability services to achieve outstanding outcomes for children families and community.

About the Role

The Early Childhood Approach NDIS Operations Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across our Early Childhood Approach program ensuring the delivery of high-quality person centred supports that align with Uplyft values legislative requirements and best practice.

Working collaboratively with Head of Early Years ECA internal teams and external stakeholders the successful applicant will oversee service delivery drive continuous improvement support workforce development and ensure positive outcomes for participants and their families.

Applicants must demonstrate:

  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience working within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) including a strong understanding of the Early Childhood Approach and relevant legislation quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • A minimum of five (5) years experience managing large multidisciplinary teams including teams operating across both metropolitan and regional locations.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing complex issues within disability early childhood community services or a related sector.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams both internally and externally.
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining productive relationships with government agencies community organisations funding bodies and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership communication coaching and people management skills.
  • Experience leading change quality improvement initiatives and operational performance.
  • Strong operational management skills including workforce planning budgeting and reporting.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience using data outcomes and performance indicators to monitor service effectiveness and drive operational improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education Allied Health Disability Community Services Human Services Management or a related discipline.
  • Current Working with Children Check NDIS Worker Screening Check and a current drivers license.
