We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive eBillingSpecialist to join our Finance team. This is a key roleresponsible for managing end-to-end eBilling operations andensuring the accurate compliant and timely submission of invoicesthrough client portals.
Working closely with Partners legal teams and financestakeholders you will play an important role in supporting revenuerealisation improving billing efficiency and maintaining strongrelationships with both internal and external clients.
The role:
- Managing the submission of invoices through a range of eBilling platforms
- Ensuring compliance with client billing guidelines and resolving invoice rejections
- Maintaining accurate client matter and rate data across systems
- Supporting onboarding of new clients to eBilling platforms
- Providing guidance to legal teams on billing requirements and best practices
- Monitoring billing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
About you:
- Proven experience in eBilling legal billing or a similar finance role
- Strong understanding of eBilling systems (e.g. Legal Tracker Coupa Tymetrix)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders
- Proactive solutions-focused and able to manage competing priorities
