About the Role:
Join us in a rewarding full-time parental leave opportunity where youll lead with purpose and support our Early Childhood Coordinators in delivering the NDIS Early Childhood Approach. This contract runs through to 12 January 2027 with the potential for extension.

About You
As a Team Leader you will:
- Hold adiplomaorhigher qualificationinEarlyChildhoodAllied HealthSocial Work or a related field.
- Lead and supportCoordinators to deliver child- and family-centred best-practice supports.
- Guideassessmentplanning andstrategiesthat build childrens independence and participation.
- Support familiesin setting goals and connecting with appropriate services and community supports.
- Monitoroutcomesand adjust supports to achieve positive results.
- Build strong relationshipsacross the community and service networks.

The NDIS Partners in the Community Program (PITC) supports the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to be implemented locally.
As an NDIA partner Northcott will deliver the NDIS Early Childhood Approach (ECA) service to local communities in Northern NSW Mid North Coast Hunter New England North Sydney and Western Sydney. The EC approach supports activities that improve the independence and social participation of children aged 0-9 with developmental delay and/or disability.
