Position OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and dedicatedFull Time ECT Ed Leader to join our foundation team at ourPadstowlocation.
This is a hands-on on-the-floor leadership role where you will work closely with educators each dayleading by example mentoring staff and driving best practice in early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a team of educators through on-the-floor mentoring collaboration and support
- Model and guide best-practice early childhood education in daily routines and program implementation
- Develop and deliver engaging holistic learning programs that support each childs growth curiosity and development
- Foster a positive inclusive and professional team culture focused on high-quality care and education
- Build strong relationships with families and the community
- Ensure health safety and wellbeing standards are consistently upheld
- Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Strong ability to lead mentor and inspire educators
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Child Protection training/certificate
- Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills
