Mini Masterminds is a leading early childhood education provider committed to delivering exceptional care and educational experiences for children. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team at Mini Masterminds Box Hill (84 places) on a part-time basis working Fridays (7.5 hours per week).

This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Childhood Teacher looking for a flexible work arrangement while continuing to make a meaningful impact on childrens learning and development.

Working closely with the Centre Director and Educational Leader you will contribute to the planning and implementation of high-quality educational programs that support childrens learning wellbeing and development.

• Deliver engaging and meaningful educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Contribute to documentation observations and program planning
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent (NOT Working Towards)
• Current Paid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong understanding of the EYLF NQS and child development principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
