We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team at Mini Masterminds Glenwood (90-place centre).

As an Early Childhood Teacher you will play a key role in delivering high-quality educational programs that inspire childrens curiosity creativity and lifelong love of learning.

Working collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and educators you will create meaningful learning experiences support childrens development and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Plan implement and evaluate educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Foster a safe engaging and inclusive learning environment

• Observe assess and document childrens learning and development

• Build strong relationships with children families and colleagues

• Collaborate with educators to deliver high-quality education and care

• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) National Quality Standards (NQS) and all relevant legislation

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)

• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications

• Current Child Protection training/certificate

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality education and care

• Preferably 2 years experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
