We have Part Time and Casual opportunities available for experienced Certificate III andDiploma qualified Education and Care Practitioners to join our new service.
Were seeking passionate educators from across Northern Tasmania who are eager to bring their skills experience and ideas to a collaborative and supportive team. Working alongsidelike-minded professionals youll help create an environment where children families and educators can learn grow and thrive together.
- Uphold the safety rights and wellbeing of all children and promote a culture of child safety with a zero-tolerance approach to child maltreatment abuse and neglect.
- Provide meaningful age-appropriate learning experiences that nurture childrens curiosity creativity and growth.
- Actively supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
- Create engaging and welcoming room environments that encourage exploration connectionand learning.
- Document and reflect on childrens learning and development in a meaningful andconsistent way.
- Collaborate with families to build strong partnerships share insights about childrens learning and ensure continuity between home and the service.
- Commit to your own professional growth and ongoing development.
- Work in line with Lady Gowrie Tasmanias policies procedures and the National Quality Framework.

- An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Previous experience supporting daily routines and a strong demonstrated commitment to child safety.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and awareness of the NationalQuality Framework (NQF).
- A current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People for child-related activity in childcare services.
