Early Childhood Educator

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations the National Quality Framework Child Safe Standards and organisational policies. It involves working collaboratively within a professional team to deliver high-quality early childhood programs in a safe inclusive responsive and supportive environment that is centred on the interests and needs of each child. The role also requires a commitment to ongoing reflective practice continuous improvement and contributing to a positive team and organisational culture.

You will hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent as approved by Australian Childrens Education and Care Quality Authority). You will also bring with you:

• Current National Child Safety Training and any applicable state-based child safety training (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
• Prior experience working in a kindergarten and / or other early childhood service providing high-quality care and educational services for children.
• A sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development.
