Join Powerhouse Parramatta and play a key role in bringing exhibitions programs and events to life. As a Duty Technician youll support the day-to-day technical operation of the museum ensuring exhibition audio video lighting projection and broadcasting systems are working to a high standard.

We are seeking three Duty Technicians to join the team: two positions on 1-year contracts and one position on a 4-year contract.

Working alongside Senior Technicians and internal project teams youll assist with the installation testing operation and pack-down of technical equipment troubleshoot issues and help maintain the Technical Production warehouse and equipment inventory.

Were looking for a practical and collaborative technician with demonstrated experience operating audio lighting video projection and broadcasting equipment strong communication skills and the ability to manage changing priorities in a busy environment.

A White Card/General Construction Induction Card and Australian Driver Licence are essential.
