Synergie Australia is currently seeking an experienced Dozer Operator for an ongoing opportunity based on Groote Eylandt NT.

Working a family-friendly 1 week on 1 week off roster this is a great opportunity for an experienced operator looking for consistent FIFO work with an even-time roster.

• $61.00 per hour
• 1 week on 1 week off roster
• 12-hour shifts
• FIFO from Darwin or Cairns
• Ongoing opportunity
• Work with a well-established operation on Groote Eylandt

You will be operating dozers across site completing a range of earthmoving and final trim work while working safely and efficiently as part of the wider site team.

Duties will include:

• Operating D6D8 Dozers
• Completing final trim work to required levels and specifications
• Using Trimble GPS for accurate machine control
• General earthmoving and site preparation
• Completing pre-start checks and basic equipment inspections
• Working safely around other mobile plant and site personnel
• Following all site safety procedures and operational requirements

To be considered you will need:

• Proven D6D8 operating experience
• Proficiency using Trimble GPS
• Proven final trim capabilities
• Previous mining civil or large-scale earthmoving experience
• Current Australian Driver Licence
• Strong commitment to safety
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a remote environment
• Ability to pass all required pre-employment and site-specific checks
