The Opportunity
  • Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country
  • Full time Permanent role
  • $76K plus super and salary packaging

As our Donor Care Coordinator youll be the first point of contact for our supporters ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling valued appreciated and connected to Berry Street Yoorallas work.

This is a hands-on service-focused role where youll:

  • Respond to supporter enquiries across phone email and written channels
  • Process donations and ensure timely accurate receipting
  • Play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive donor experience

Beyond day-to-day service delivery youll also take ownership of one of our most valuable assets - our supporter data.

With the support of our Data team youll act as the custodian of donor information in our CRM ensuring data accuracy so we can communicate with donors in the ways that matter most to them.

About You

Youre someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and thrives in a fast-paced detail-oriented role.

You will bring:

  • Experience in a customer service or administration role
  • A genuinely service-driven mindset
  • Confidence communicating on the phone with a warm and professional approach
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy especially when working with data
  • The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a supportive team
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to improve systems and processes
  • Experience working with databases or CRM systems (highly regarded)
