Domestic Trade Operations Manager
Job Summary

We are seeking a Domestic Trade Operations Manager to lead and support our Cotton Administration team. This role is responsible for overseeing cotton purchasing administration ensuring accuracy efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Lead and support Cotton Admin and trade support teams
- Oversee purchasing administration and contract accuracy
- Manage team workloads performance and development
- Ensure timely processing of grower and supplier payments
- Review and approve purchase contracts and documentation
- Support reporting reconciliations and system processes
- Act as a key link between origination trading and accounts
- Drive process improvements and maintain strong team culture
Desired skills and experience:
- Experience within the cotton industry including purchasing processes and contract structures
- Strong leadership experience within administrative or operational teams
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Proven ability to manage high-volume workflows with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Qualifications :
Tertiary qualification in Business or related field or equivalent experience
