About the role

Wintringhams Home Support team is seeking experienced and flexible Domestic Service Attendants to join our team. This role provides domestic cleaning services to clients living independently in Shepparton region. The role supports older people to maintain a safe comfortable and welcoming home environment. Reporting to the Support Services Coordinator responsibilities include:

• Helping create a clean and comfortable home by vacuuming mopping and sweeping living areas.
• Supporting a welcoming home environment by cleaning bathrooms toilets kitchens and household surfaces.
• Helping keep the home fresh and hygienic by emptying bins and replacing liners.
• Assisting with everyday comfort by changing bed linen and washing and drying clothing and linen.
• Completing light cleaning tasks such as spot cleaning walls windows within safe reach and where required fridges and ovens.

What are we looking for

• Current Level 2 First Aid certificate drivers licence and a reliable insured car to travel.
• Able to work independently in clients homes and follow instructions.
• Physically capable of completing manual cleaning tasks.
• Reliable punctual and able to communicate clearly.
• Respectful non-judgemental and client-focused with the ability to report concerns appropriately.

What we offer

• Employment type: Permanent part-time role. Weekend and weekday flexible shifts with a minimum of 10 hours/fortnight depending on your availability.
• Pay: From $31.46 to 32.28 per hour plus super. You will also receive generous kilometre reimbursement and be paid your hourly rate while travelling between clients. Above Award pay and not-for-profit salary packaging benefits of up to $18500 each year.
• Office Location: Hume Office - Shepparton

• Providing Services: In Hume region and surrounding suburbs focusing on of Shepparton Echuca Nagambie and Kyabram
