About Us:SIRV is a NDIS-registered provider delivering Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community access services across Brisbane northside Southside and Redcliffe region. Were passionate about empowering our participants and just as passionate about supporting our staff.

About the Role: Youll provide hands-on support with daily living tasks personal care community access and manual handling working alongside a team that genuinely cares about the people we support and each other.

What Youll Need:

• Experience with manual handling (transfers hoists slings and mobility equipment)
• Certificate III in Individual Support (or higher) currently enrolled and studying will also be considered
• Positive Behaviour Support Plan (PBSP) experience or willingness to learn
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate
• Valid drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Strong communication skills patience and a genuine passion for supporting others
