Disability Support Worker Thomastown

As a Disability Support Worker working within Learning Day Program & Community Access youll provide person-centred support that empowers people with disability to build independence confidence and connection. Youll be part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about the people we support and about each other.

What were looking for

• A caring patient and respectful approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliability and a positive can-do attitude
• Availability to work a range of casual shifts at the learning and lifestyle program
• A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous but not required

You will be required to hold or willing to obtain

• Working with Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• First Aid & CPR Certification
• National Criminal History Check (Police Check)
