Director, Strategic Infrastructure

We are calling for Expressions of Interest from employees to apply for the position of Director Strategic Infrastructure.

This position is classified as an Senior Executive position as outlined in the Executive Remuneration and Appointment Policy.

The Role

• Fixed term (August 2026 until February 2027) Full time
• Appointment to be made to current campus location

Internal interest is currently invited for a six month opportunity as Director Strategic Infrastructure.

This senior leadership role stewards the Universitys longterm campus vision asset strategy and capital investment program. Accountable for Universitywide master planning modern space utilisation and strategic asset governance the role leads the Campus Master Plan oversees the Capital Plan and provides high level policy and strategic advice to the Chief Financial Officer Senior Executive and Council facing committees.

The Director also guides the work of the Capital Works and Campus and Space Planning teams ensures robust financial legislative environmental and safety compliance and represents the University in key sector and government forums.

This is an opportunity to contribute at a strategic institutionshaping level during a critical period of planning reform and delivery.
