The opportunity

As our Director SAP Transformation youll oversee the successful delivery of complex SAP transformation programs providing strategic leadership to clients and teams while ensuring solutions are aligned to business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

This is a position based in Naarm Melbourne. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation programs from planning through deployment.
• Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver program objectives.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to support business adoption.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business priorities.
• Oversee project delivery budgets risks and timelines across multiple initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance on supply chain transformation and SAP best practices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the program lifecycle.

Skills and attributes for success

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science finance IT or a related field.
• A minimum of 7-10 years experience as SAP Functional Consultant.
• Proven experience in delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs including implementation upgrade and maintenance.
• Expertise and hands-on system configuration testing user support and troubleshooting.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Profound ability to solve complex problems and drive projects to completion.
