Director Restructuring

Responsibilities:

• As a Director within our Restructuring practice you will lead and deliver a broad range of engagements providing strategic advice to corporates financiers and government bodies. You will play a key role in shaping client outcomes leading teams and contributing to the growth of the practice.
• Lead engagement delivery partnering with senior client stakeholders to design and implement restructuring strategies
• Analyse complex financial and operational data to develop insights and actionable recommendations
• Assess business performance liquidity and capital structures to inform turnaround plans
• Oversee the implementation of solutions including asset sales capital restructurings and refinancing initiatives
• Drive business development activities including identifying opportunities leading pitches and building client relationships
• Mentor and develop team members fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
• Contribute to thought leadership market positioning and practice growth initiatives

Qualifications :

• Minimum 810 years experience in restructuring transactions consulting or broader professional services
• Professionally qualified (CA or CPA)
• Demonstrated experience leading complex engagements and managing senior stakeholder
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes
• Advanced financial analysis and modelling capabilities (strong Excel skills essential)
• Highly developed problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
• Proven leadership capability including managing teams in fast-paced high-pressure environments
• High levels of empathy integrity and professionalism
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development
• Ability to think creatively and align solutions with client objectives
