About the Role:
- The Director of Learning & Teaching (Senior School) will provide strategic and instructional leadership across the College ensuring a cohesive research-informed approach to curriculum pedagogy and assessment. As a member of the Senior School Leadership Team you will play a critical role in shaping the academic direction of the College and supporting staff to deliver high-impact learning experiences.

- Located on the Gold Coast easily accessed via the M1

Employment Requirements
- Working Rights for Australia (or eligible to gain) including Skilled Migrant Visa
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in education.
- Current teacher registration with the Queensland College of Teachers
- Demonstrated leadership experience in secondary learning and teaching.
- Strong understanding of Years 712 curriculum QCAA requirements pedagogical best practices and educational technology integration.
- Commitment to Christian education and alignment with the Colleges statement of faith.
Desirable:
- Postgraduate qualifications in educational leadership or curriculum.
- Experience leading faculty or Senior School professional learning.
- Experience in secondary school review accreditation or improvement frameworks.
