About the Role:

• The Director of Learning & Teaching (Senior School) will provide strategic and instructional leadership across the College ensuring a cohesive research-informed approach to curriculum pedagogy and assessment. As a member of the Senior School Leadership Team you will play a critical role in shaping the academic direction of the College and supporting staff to deliver high-impact learning experiences.

Employment Requirements

• Working Rights for Australia (or eligible to gain) including Skilled Migrant Visa
  
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in education.
  
• Current teacher registration with the Queensland College of Teachers
  
• Demonstrated leadership experience in secondary learning and teaching.
  
• Strong understanding of Years 712 curriculum QCAA requirements pedagogical best practices and educational technology integration.
  
• Commitment to Christian education and alignment with the Colleges statement of faith.
  

Desirable:

• Postgraduate qualifications in educational leadership or curriculum.
  
• Experience leading faculty or Senior School professional learning.
  
• Experience in secondary school review accreditation or improvement frameworks.
