Director of Marketing

The successful candidate will have extensive experience within hospitality and events combined with a strong network of industry connections that can be leveraged to enhance brand visibility and drive strategic collaborations.

Proven track record of people leadership delivering high-profile events and engaging confidently with diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal and management skills are essential with the ability to build trusted relationships collaborate across functions and inspire teams to achieve ambitious objectives.

Qualifications :

A collaborative leadership style that inspires teams and promotes cross-functional alignment.

Experience working in a luxury hotel environment in a similar or related role

Strong project management capabilities with experience delivering complex campaigns events and stakeholder initiatives

Excellent communication skills - written & verbal proficient in Word Outlook Canvas   and any other appropriate programs

Proven experience working with senior management and multiple stakeholders

Be able to manage own time and that of the team to ensure that allocated tasks are executed and communicated efficiently and effectively according to hotel deadlines
