Position Summary:

• Develop and execute the hotels food and beverage strategy ensuring alignment with brand standards guest expectations and business objectives.

• Lead all food and beverage operations including restaurants bars banquets catering room service and culinary teams delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective budgeting cost control forecasting and financial performance management.

• Inspire coach and develop food and beverage leaders and associates creating a culture of engagement accountability and operational excellence.

• Maintain high standards of service food quality safety and compliance across all outlets and events.

• Analyse market trends guest feedback and business performance to identify opportunities for innovation enhancement and competitive advantage.

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support operational success and achieve business goals.

• Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating Marriotts core values.

About You:

• Relevant experience in a senior food and beverage leadership role within hospitality.

• Working rights in Australia.

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets forecasting and driving profitability.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate mentor and develop high-performing teams.

• Self-motivated driven and energised in a fast-paced environment.

• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
