Combining strategic leadership with operational excellence you will inspire and empower employees volunteers and members to achieve lasting impact while fostering a high-performing culture grounded in our values and the Fundamental Principles of the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement.A highly visible and influential leader you will represent Australian Red Cross across government community corporate and philanthropic sectors building strong partnerships that enhance our reputation amplify our impact and secure sustainable support for our work. You will also work closely with the NT Divisional Council to strengthen local engagement and deepen connections with members supporters and communities across the will lead locally while having the opportunity to contribute to national initiatives or drive dedicated nation-wide portfolio areas. This role is based in our Darwin office with attendance required 3 days per week you choose your days.
