Were seeking a visionary and inclusive leader to join us as Infrastructure Director. Youll bring deep expertise in project delivery and a passion for challenging conventional approaches to drive better outcomes for clients and teams.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across major infrastructure sectors including power & utilities transport renewables and ideally water.
• Inspire and grow a high-performing team fostering excellence and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted advisor.
• Drive business development and expand our presence in the market.
• Champion service delivery excellence and contribute to strategic growth.

Qualifications :

• Must be currently residing in Australia with full working rights
• Professionally qualified in one or more of the following fields: construction cost management engineering or project management.
• Minimum 15 years experience in a similar industry. 
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the construction industry.
• Experience with major projects in utilities power transport and/or renewables.
• Exceptional business development experience with a large network in the South Australia infrastructure market. 
• Experience of working within a client focussed consultancy environment.  
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels 
• Strong time management skills quick thinking and resilience to deal with a fast-paced environment. 
• Good attention to detail with the ability to multitask 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
