We are seeking passionate Full Time Diploma Room Leaders to join the team at our Sydney Olympic Park (Murray Rose) and Rockdale. This is a hands on on the floor role where you will lead a room mentor educators implement high quality programs and support childrens growth curiosity and development.

• Lead and inspire a team of educators in your room through on-the-floor mentoring and support.

• Plan and deliver engaging holistic learning programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

• Ensure the health safety and wellbeing of every child in your care.

• Build positive relationships with families and support open communication.

• Collaborate with the Centre Director and Educational Leader to maintain a high-quality service.

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

• Valid Working with Children Check

• Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications

• Child Protection training/certificate

• Experience leading a room and mentoring educators

• Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills
