Job Summary

Your opportunityAs an ICT Service Desk Analyst youll be the first point of contact for technology support across ECH. Youll provide responsive technical support resolve ICT issues and help our people stay connected productive and supported every day. Working within our Digital Workplace Services team youll contribute to a modern technology environment and a great employee make an impact byProviding first and second-level ICT support and resolving incidents through the service deskTroubleshooting hardware software connectivity and Microsoft 365 issuesSupporting user onboarding account provisioning and device setupMaintaining ICT assets documentation and knowledge base resourcesDriving service improvements and supporting the ICT hardware lifecycleWhat youll bringTo succeed in this role youll need the following qualifications:Certificate IV in Information Technology relevant industry certifications or equivalent experienceITIL V4 Foundation CertificationExperience supporting Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Teams SharePoint Entra ID and IntuneUnderstanding of cyber security principles risks and controlsCurrent Australian Drivers LicenceNational Police CheckWe would also love you to bring the following skills:A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer serviceStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearlyA proactive and organised approach to managing multiple prioritiesA collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues across the organisationPrevious experience within aged care healthcare or a similar service environmentWhy join ECHWe want you to be MORE with us.
