Digital Data Insights and Analytics Team Leader

Your opportunityAs the Data Analytics and Insights Team Leader youll lead a small team of analysts delivering high-quality reporting analytics and business insights that support strategic and operational decision making across ECH. Youll combine hands-on technical delivery with people leadership working alongside the team to design build and improve reports dashboards data models and analytics closely with the Digital Enablement Manager and stakeholders across the business youll drive data governance digital transformation initiatives and the ongoing evolution of ECHs analytics make an impact byLeading and developing the analytics team setting priorities and managing workloads to support accountable high-quality hands-on alongside the team to design build and improve reliable reporting dashboards data models and analytics that support strategic and operational the performance and ongoing development of ECHs analytics platform including data models release practices and support. Strengthening data governance quality and compliance while partnering with stakeholders to improve data literacyLeading the analytics delivery pipeline projects and emerging technology initiatives managing risks dependencies and internal and external delivery youll bringTo succeed in this role youll need the following qualifications and experience:Bachelors degree or higher qualification in Data Science Statistics Mathematics or a related discipline or equivalent experience leading analytics reporting or business intelligence hands-on expertise in SQL and Power BI with demonstrated experience developing complex reports dashboards data models and analytical experience using Python or comparable analytical to data warehousing and data lake environments including platforms such as Snowflake and Microsoft stakeholder engagement communication and relationship management implementing data governance quality assurance and validation practicesWe would also love you to bring the following skills:Experience with Snowflake and Microsoft applying AI and machine learning techniques to solve business of the aged care sector or other regulated leading digital transformation or analytics enablement initiatives.A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement innovation and delivering value through dataWhy join ECHWe want you to be MORE with us.
