Digital Channel Manager

The Digital Channel Manager plays an important role in shaping how TAL supports and communicates with existing customers through clear accessible and reliable digital experiences. As part of the Digital and Communications Platform team this role helps bring customer information to life across TALs digital channels ensuring people can find what they need when it matters most. By supporting content across TAL Asteron and alliance partner websites the role contributes to TALs broader purpose of protecting people and helping Australians feel confident about their future. It is a meaningful opportunity to make everyday customer interactions simpler more helpful and more connected while playing a key part in the ongoing evolution of TALs digital presence.

In this role you will:

• Shape clear accessible digital content that helps customers find the information they need.
• Deliver accurate compliant web updates across TAL Asteron and alliance partner channels.
• Support the successful migration to Contentful by improving content quality and platform readiness.
• Strengthen customer self-service experiences through reliable portal content and document management.
• Use performance insights to identify opportunities that improve digital content effectiveness.
• Embed governance accessibility and risk standards across all customer-facing digital content.

Qualifications :

• Bring 2 years experience in digital content web production or CMS management.
• Apply hands-on CMS experience to create accurate accessible and well-managed web content.
• Write and edit clear plain-language content that supports consistent customer experiences.
• Use strong attention to detail to maintain quality across content formatting and documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with stakeholders to support timely content approvals and delivery.
• Contribute relevant education in digital media communications marketing or equivalent practical experience.
