Digital Campaign & Creative Manager

The Digital Campaign & Creative Manager is responsible for leading a team of Digital Designers and Campaign Specialists to deliver the execution and amplification of the go to market program through digital channels.

• Lead the innovation of Email and Website marketing templates to create best in class executions maximising impact & effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the promotions and merchandise teams to own and create the calendar of digital marketing activity aligned to the broader go-to-market program.
• Creative design leadership for digital executions of key messages and service offerings reinforcing the product/brand while also driving optimal CX.
• Lead technology and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead planning and implementation of digital assets for key sales events.
• Plan and oversee the delivery BAU assets email web assets landing pages competitions digital catalogue.
• Manage budget and spend for 3rd party costs.
• Work with IT Engineering and CX to optimise digital marketing platforms e.g. adserver forms platform email platform.
• Develop and maintain online brand guidelines and specifications.
• Manage vendors including; proposal development briefings quotes invoicing subscription renewals issues resolution.

Qualifications :

• Proven ability to lead a team to generate high quality and accurate outcomes in a fast-paced environment while leveraging technology to drive better ways of working.
• Strong creative design capabilities along with experience in workflow management CMS and email platforms.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital graphic design.
• At least 3 years of experience in content management platforms including web CMS email marketing platforms ad servers.
• Previous experience in retail is desirable
