The Role
We are hiring Surface and Underground Driller Offsiders based in Perth. Offering entry-level and experienced positions.

Expect long days heavy manual labour dust noise and challenging conditions. While the role is physically demanding it offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the drilling industry.

We offer full time positions with on-the-job training annual performance reviews and internal career progression with competitive rates across the board.

What youll get

What youll be doing

• Assisting Drillerswith the safe operation of diamond drill rigs
• Completing manual handling tasks in challenging outdoor or underground environments
• Conducting pre-start inspections and maintaining equipment
• Supporting core retrieval processing and site housekeeping
• Following safety procedures and contributing to a positive team culture

What we need from you:

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency
• Pass pre-employment medical drug & alcohol screening
• Police clearance within 6 months
• First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Manual Drivers Licence essential (underground) / willing to obtain or have a current HR Licence (surface)
• Physical fitness and willingness to learn

Great if you have

• Experience with drill rigs mining and FIFO work
• Trades labouring construction farming or other hands-on work experience
• HR Licence
