We design deliver and manage leading commercial developments of the future today.
- Drive the transformation of NSW Government property by leading commercial buildings and workplace fit-outs from design through to delivery.
- Temporary to 31 December 2026 full-time opportunity
- Office location Sydney/Parramatta with flexible working supported
- Salary relative to experience and ranges from $129464 to $142665 super
The role
Play a key role in shaping how government property delivers better outcomes for communities across this role youll lead a diverse pipeline of development and transaction projects working at the intersection of strategy delivery and stakeholder engagement to unlock the full potential of government assets.
Youll collaborate with industry experts government partners and communities to navigate complex planning environmental and commercial considerationsbringing ideas to life through innovative solutions. With a strong focus on impact youll provide strategic advice drive project outcomes and help deliver places that create social economic and environmental value for the people of NSW.

What you will bring to the role
- Experience delivering complex property development or infrastructure projects with the ability to turn strategy into tangible outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills with a collaborative approach to building consensus across diverse groups
- Commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to balance risk opportunity and community impact to deliver optimal outcomes
- Demonstrated experience preparing managing or assessing development applications (DAs) or State Significant Development Applications (SSDAs).
What is an essential requirement:
- Tertiary qualifications in property and development management or equivalent professional experience.
