Job Summary
Capital SMART is Australia and New Zealands leading accident repair network with 60 sites delivering high-quality repairs every day. Were looking for an experienced Detailer to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.
The Role
Youre the last person to touch the vehicle before it goes back to the customer responsible for final finish quality cleanliness and making sure every repair meets the Capital SMART standard.
What youll be doing:
- Quality checking vehicles on receipt to confirm all prior work is complete
- Washing and cleaning vehicle exteriors to a high standard
- Buffing de-nibbing and polishing paintwork to achieve the required finish
- Identifying any paint or finish imperfections and addressing them before handover
- Keeping your workspace clean and organised
- Completing accurate records of work completed
What were looking for:
- Previous detailing experience in a panel shop or collision repair environment
- Solid hands-on knowledge of buffing polishing and de-nibbing techniques
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently within a production repair process
- Reliable punctual and a team player
- Full working rights in Australia
