Job Summary

- Ensuring all vehicles are cleaned full of fuel/charge.
- Controlling cars that are onsite at the depot ensuring depot carpark is neat and tidy.
- Movement of vehicles to and from specified locations as required (Service Warranty etc).
- Completion of Inspection photos for vehicles (inbound outbound)
- Inspecting and reviewing accident repaired vehicles
- Organisation of depot at the end of each day ensuring vehicles are parked appropriately and secure.
- Assisting stakeholders with vehicle pick ups Service Accident repairs.
- Ensuring all vehicles are serviced on time and have the necessary works completed
- Receiving and preparing new vehicles (installation of telematic devices)
- Assisting in vehicle preparation for de-fleet (sale preparation)
- Full unrestricted Australian Drivers License (must have)
- Comfortable commuting and working out of our Moorooka Brisbane Hub
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Strong can-do attitude with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to ensure all compliance requirements are met
- Previous customer service experience (desirable)
- Stock control/Logistics or related industry experience (desirable)
- Mechanical aptitude or a reasonable understanding of motor vehicles(desirable)
- Able to work weekends on a rotating roster
