Detailer

Capital SMART is one of Australias leading accident repair companies with 60 sites across Australia and New Zealand. Were looking for an experienced Detailer to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

The Role

Youll be the final set of eyes on every vehicle before it goes back to the customer responsible for finish quality cleanliness and making sure the repair meets our standard.

What youll be doing:

• Quality checking vehicles on receipt to confirm all prior work is complete
• Washing and cleaning vehicle exteriors
• Buffing de-nibbing and polishing paintwork to the required finish
• Keeping your workspace clean and organised
• Completing accurate records of work done

What were looking for:

• Previous detailing experience in a panel shop or collision repair environment
• Solid knowledge of buffing polishing and de-nibbing techniques
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Reliable punctual and a team player
• Full working rights in Australia
