Our Design Management team plays a critical role in delivering our project scopes by coordinating multidisciplinary design activities from concept through to construction.

Depending on your experience you may be responsible for:

• Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and consultants.
• Managing design programmes deliverables and technical interfaces.
• Ensuring designs meet client requirements Australian standards and project objectives.
• Driving collaboration between engineering construction commercial and client teams.
• Managing design reviews risk assessments and technical workshops.
• Supporting innovation constructability and value engineering initiatives.
• Coordinating design changes technical queries and stakeholder approvals.
• Contributing to the successful delivery of major rail and civil infrastructure projects.

Were looking for professionals who bring:

• Experience in design management engineering or technical coordination within rail civil transport or major infrastructure projects.
• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong knowledge of design management principles and project delivery methodologies.
