Deputy Headmaster

The Position

Shore (Sydney Church of England Grammar School) seeks an exceptional and values-led ELC-12 Deputy Headmaster to help shape the next chapter of leadership culture and educational excellence at one of Australias leading Anglican independent schools.

Reporting to the Headmaster the Deputy Headmaster is the Headmasters delegated second-in-charge and a whole-school executive leader for operations from Early Learning to Year 12 at Shore. The Deputy Headmaster is responsible for coordinating leadership coherence strategy development execution and organisational operations across Shore by working closely with the Headmaster Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and direct reports.

Accordingly the Deputy Headmaster ensures alignment between Shores strategy culture operations and performance. They also provide trusted judgement in decisions relating to strategy as well as complex operational student staff parent and organisational matters encountered at Shore.
