About the role:

Join our Deployment team as a Deployment Integration Specialist and play a key role in shaping how we improve processes and systems across our Coal and Bulk Business this varied role youll partner with operational teams to deliver meaningful improvement projects that support smarter planning stronger decision-making and better outcomes for our customers.

• Lead exciting projects and initiatives providing expert advice to support enterprise planning and decision-making.
• Analyse and challenge data to uncover trends that drive commercial financial and operational success.
• Identify opportunities for our customers and collaborate with the Live Run Coordinator team to create innovative solutions.
• Enhance team capabilities through training and development activities.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders teams and business areas to deliver impactful process and systems improvements.

About you:

You bring strong project management experience innovative critical thinking skills and a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain operations. Customer-focused and collaborative you will enjoy working as part of an integrated Live Run team to deliver practical outcome-driven solutions.

• You excel at managing multiple projects meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
• Your analytical conceptual and problem-solving skills deliver real commercial value.
• You effortlessly form partnerships influence others and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of Aurizon.
• Project management qualifications and relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded.
• Familiarity with best practices for data visualisation and experience integrating Power BI with other data sources and services is a plus.
