Dental Assistant Receptionist Evatt Dental Care

In this dual role youll play an important part in creating a seamless and positive experience for our patients while supporting both the clinical and administrative sides of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
• Preparing and sterilising instruments and treatment rooms
• Greeting patients and managing appointments
• Answering phone and email enquiries
• Processing payments and health fund claims
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Supporting the team with day-to-day administration and clinical tasks

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is a must.
• Experienced in dental procedures and terminology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the D4W system is an advantage.
