Were looking for a Dental Assistant who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a collaborative clinical this role youll support our clinicians across all aspects of the practice from chairside assisting and treatment preparation to maintaining infection control standards and delivering a seamless patient experience.
Every day you will:
- Deliver exceptional chairside assistance across a range of dental procedures
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms instruments and materials in line with clinical protocols
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilisation standards
- Support patient care by welcoming preparing and reassuring patients throughout their visit
- Assist with clinical documentation charting and imaging as required
- Contribute to efficient practice operations including stock management and equipment care
- Collaborate with the wider team to create a supportive professional and patient-focused environment
You are organised detail-oriented and committed todelivering excellent patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Were looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant (essential)
- Proficiency in Dental 4 Windows (D4W) software (essential)
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (desirable)
- Experience across chairside assisting sterilisation and reception support
- Strong understanding of infection control and sterilisation protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks manage time effectively and work collaboratively
- Professional presentation and a positive team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to workplace health & safety and clinical compliance requirements
