Dental Assistant Exact Orthodontics

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing chairside assistance across a range of orthodontic procedures
• Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and keeping infection control and sterilisation standards on point
• Supporting our clinicians so appointments run efficiently and patients feel well looked after
• Helping patients (and often their parents) understand whats happening and why
• Work collaboratively within a supportive and professional orthodontic team

Qualifications :

To succeed in this role you will bring:

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant ideally in orthodontics or a specialist practice
• Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting
• Solid knowledge of infection control and sterilisation procedures
• Confidence chairside and a calm reassuring manner with anxious patients
• Strong communication skills and genuine attention to detail
• A reliable team-first attitude
