About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager / Delivery Lead to lead the delivery of complex ICT programs and capabilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of complex ICT systems and programs in secure environments.
  • Develop and execute delivery strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Ensure effective governance risk management quality assurance and change management processes.
  • Monitor delivery performance risks dependencies and issues across programs.
  • Support transition to operations including documentation training and support readiness.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define delivery roadmaps priorities and scope.
  • Mentor teams and contribute to capability uplift across delivery functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement using agile delivery methodologies and best practices.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience delivering large-scale ICT projects/programs within Government environments.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary delivery teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies governance and performance management.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships at senior executive levels.
  • Demonstrated capability in project planning resource management risk management and delivery assurance.
  • Ability to work within highly secure and operationally sensitive environments.
  • Formal qualifications or certifications in Project Management / Delivery Management are highly desirable.
Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
  • Candidates must be willing and eligible to obtain Positive Vetting (PV) Clearance.
  • Successful candidates may be required to complete an Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA).
