Delivery Coordinator

Zeekr Perth is looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Delivery Coordinator to join the growing team.

As the final step in our customers journey youll deliver an exceptional handover experience by explaining vehicle features assisting with app setup and ensuring every customer drives away confident and excited in their new Zeekr.

Role:

As part of our Team your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver memorable new vehicle handovers
• Demonstrate vehicle features and technology
• Assist customers with app and account setup
• Coordinate deliveries with the sales and pre-delivery teams
• Maintain a premium customer experience from start to finish

To succeed in this role youll need to have:

• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Confident with technology and quick to learn new systems
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
• Automotive experience is preferred but not essential
