The role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised DiversityEquity & Inclusion (DEI) and Wellbeing Advisor to supportthe delivery of Norton Rose Fulbright Australias DEI and Wellbeingstrategy.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Coordinatoror early-career Advisor from HR employee experience employeeengagement DEI or wellbeing to build a specialist career within aleading global law firm.
This is a permanent opportunity based in our Sydneyoffice reporting to the DEI & Wellbeing Manager inMelbourne. You will work closely with colleagues across Australiaand internationally to deliver initiatives that support aninclusive healthy and high-performing workplace.
As part of our People & Culture team you will coordinateevents communications employee networks and wellbeing programsacross a range of DEI and wellbeing priorities while gainingexposure to both local and global initiatives and leading practiceapproaches from across our international network.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the firms DEI and Wellbeing strategy and annual program of initiatives.
- Coordinate campaigns and events aligned to key diversity and wellbeing dates including International Womens Day Pride Month Wear It Purple R U OK Day and World Mental Health Month.
- Support the delivery of training sessions workshops panel discussions awareness activities and related communications.
- Draft and coordinate internal communications intranet content and promotional materials.
- Support employee networks committees and working groups across the firms Australian offices.
- Contribute to external accreditation benchmarking and reporting activities including AWEI WGEA and Family Friendly Workplace submissions.
- Coordinate relationships with external DEI and wellbeing partners and assist with employee engagement surveys and reporting.
- Provide project coordination and administrative support across a range of DEI and wellbeing initiatives.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for diversity inclusion mental health and employee wellbeing.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: human resources employee experience employee engagement DEI wellbeing learning and development or a related field.
- Experience within professional services legal consulting or corporate environments will be highly regarded.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Psychology Business Organisational Development or a related discipline.
- Strong coordination and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating events programs campaigns or employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
- High attention to detail organisation and a proactive approach.
